VISIT OF THE FUNCTION LAIK CERTIFICATION TEAM AND THE MINISTRY OF PUBLIC WORKS AND PUBLIC HOUSING (PUPR) SUBANG

MEDIA BBS Subang, 18/02/2021 - PT Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk received a visit from the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) of the Subang Regional Government and the SLF (Certification of Acceptable Function) Team to enforce a Certificate of Acceptability for buildings on Thursday, 18 February 2021.

The visit was received directly by Mr. Iyan Sopiyan as Operational Director of PT Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk, he said that PT Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk was in the development stage and would continue to be followed up.

Building Function Worthiness Certificate or SLF is a certificate issued by the Regional Government for a building that is used and has fulfilled the function eligibility requirements based on the results of the building function feasibility inspection as a condition to be utilized. Because, like a building, this cannot be separated from the Guidelines for a Certificate of Acceptable Function (SLF) whose regulations have been issued by the Ministry of Public Works. Through the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25 / PRT / M / 2007 of 2007 concerning Guidelines for Building Functionality Certificates, the objective is to become a reference for local governments, especially technical agencies for building management in determining operational policies for building Functional Certificates.

"This guideline aims to create a building that is always reliable and meets the administrative and technical requirements of the building according to its function, as well as to create a building that is functional, in accordance with a building layout that is harmonious and in harmony with its environment. And the realization of legal certainty in the management of buildings. " It reads Article 2 paragraph 2 of Permen PU 25/2007.
