BERKAH BETON SADAYA Tbk SECURES Rp 416 BILLION STONE AND SAND SUPPLY CONTRACT

MEDIA BBS - Subang, In order to secure the source of material reserves, PT Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk (BEBS:IDX ), signed a contract for the supply of stones and sand worth 416 billion. The Cooperation Contract involves partners of two companies, namely PT Sinar Pasogit Quarry and PT Rimba Jaya Semesta (RJS). The contracts were signed by each company director on Friday, 19 March 2021 in Subang, West Java.

The signing of the first contract between PT Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk and SPQ includes the partner's obligation to supply 1,800,000 m3 of sand worth IDR 306 billion over the next 5 years while the signing of the second contract with PT Rimba Jaya Semesta is the supply of 1,000,000 m3 Split Stones worth IDR 110 billion for the same period.

Hasan Muldhani, Main Director of BEBS, on this occasion said "The cooperation we concluded is in order to secure the source of material reserves in order to fulfill the number of projects and contracts that will be carried out by BEBS. A strategic decision was made and this contract will ensure we have abundant stock so there is no reason for the company to be hampered in production".
