In the process of producing and installing concrete products, not everyone can experience it firsthand. However, the public and the surrounding community often see the activity of distributing ready-mixed concrete through mixer trucks or what we often call molen trucks.

In the delivery process from the concrete factory to the intended construction site, we can see that there are two types of stirring process methods. The first is the material and water being stirred in a motor tub, also known as Dry Concrete. The second method is mixing the material and stirring at the Batching Plant so that the material that enters the Molen truck is ready-mixed concrete, and is also known as Wet Concrete.

In order to maintain the stability of ready-mixed concrete in the Molen truck, it must go through an agitation process by rotation of the tube. After each truck has been filled with ready-mixed concrete, it must immediately be sent to the construction project site or toll road. However, before dispatching, each company must carry out an inspection covering the materials being carried, the condition of the vehicle, and the completeness of documents containing information on the delivery hours and the cargo carried. When arriving at the construction project site, if the contents of the cargo delivery does not match the contents stated in the letter, then the project leader has the right to refuse to accept the delivery of the concrete.
