BERKAH BETON SADAYA Tbk GETS A MINERAL FACTORY CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT

June 24, 2021 - PT Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk (BEBS:IDX) signed a project contract with PT Apel Mas Indonesia (AMI), a drinking water company owned by Ustad Yusuf Mansur. Cooperation worth Rp. 125 billion will be used to build an AMI mineral water plant.?

Since taking the floor on the stock market, BEBS has been aggressively increasing productivity. Various cooperation contracts were carried out in order to expand the company's market. To achieve this, the company has engaged with companies in the industrial, construction, wholesale trade and quarrying industry.?

?BEBS has entered into various supply contracts in order to secure the source of material reserves. This is done in order to reduce costs, increase productivity and maintain growth and public trustin the company.

Hasan Muldhani, President Director of PT Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk, said the supply contract was carried out to secure material reserves to meet various projects to be carried out by BEBS.?

"The cooperation is carried out in order to secure sources of material reserves in order to fulfill the number of work contracts that must be carried out by BEBS. The contract is a strategic move to maintain abundant stock so that there is no reason for the company to be delayed in production and executing projects”.

Hasan also shared that in addition to securing the supply of raw materials, BEBS has taken steps to improve the quality, capacity and efficiency of its production facilities. In terms of Human Resources, BEBS launched a program to develop and upgrade the stafffrom the production team, management, up to the marketing team.

"BEBS will continue to innovate in order to increase the quantity and quality of production. Since BEBS has been listed on the stock market, the company is continuously improving its humanresources and company infrastructure in order to increase and maintain public trust."

In the first quarter of 2021, BEBS recorded sales and operating revenues of Rp. 97 billion, a 364.5% growth from the same period the previous year of Rp 27.9 billion. Meanwhile, throughout 2020, the company recorded sales and company revenues of Rp 110.70 billion, an increased by 649.7%. This consisted of sales of material (Rp 86.61 billion) and an increase in sales of readymix(Rp 9.32 billion).
