BEBS NEWLY ACQUIRED SUBSIDIARY SIGNS MOU FOR DEVELOPMENT PROJECT WORTH Rp 1.3 TRILLION

BGD was selected as the contractor of the housing and infrastructure development based on their administrative, technical, price, qualification and evaluation by the project owner. "The development work that will be carried out will be one of BEBS' milestones, as BEBS take on projects ranging from small to large and prestigious projects," said Hasan.
Hasan added that the revenue targets for projects by the BEBS contractor division is a minimum of IDR 1 trillion in 2022. Hasan is optimistic that he can achieve the revenue targets for 2022 as several contracts are already in the qualification assessment process. "We are optimistic that we can achieve our target this year. The development also includes commercial projects hence increasing the value of the development. We have yet to include the potential value of other projects," Hasan concluded.
Hasan added that the performance of the contractor division is very important to improve BEBS's financial position. The company has its own raw materials and will use its sand and stone as well as concrete and precast when working on a project contract. “Our contractors use our own raw materials. This is in accordance with BEBS's vision, which is to become the best company globally in the integrated infrastructure supporting industry," Hasan concluded.
The collaboration and synergy between BEBS’s subsidiary and PT Manakib Rezeki in the building of housing and infrastructure presents an integrated mixed-used development. The area will continue to develop in subsequent years with more social and community facilities, achieving value and quality in the future.
