BEBS MAINTAINS GROWTH BY RESHUFFLING THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND COMMISSIONERS

MEDIA BEBS , 25/08/2021 - During the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of PT Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk (BEBS:IDX), the company has decided to change the composition of the members of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors. Dr. Ir. H. Soewarso was appointed as Commissioner replacing Zulfikar Ali Indra and IR Iwan Supriyanto M.Eng, who has been appointed as a Director of the company.
BEBS President Director Hasan Muldhani explained that the appointment and dismissal of members of the Board of Commissioners and Directors is carried out through the GMS as one of the powers of the Shareholders. "With this new composition of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors, BEBS management is ready to meet the aspirations of shareholders and will be more active in infrastructure development projects”.
Mr Soewarso's is not new to the capital market, with vast experience behind him as a Director at the Sinarmas Group. In addition, he is also active in the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin Indonesia) and the Indonesian Forest Entrepreneurs Association (APHI).
Meanwhile, Iwan Supriyanto, who was appointed as Director of BEBS, previously served as Supervisor of Highway Project Section A & B at Arge Index Consultant, Project Manager at Indocement Group and Project Director at Lippo Group. Born in Semarang, he completed his Mechanical Engineering Education at the Bandung Institute of Technology, Bachelor's Degree in Liebherr College for Hamburg University of Technology and Master Engineer (M.Eng) at the same University.
